The problem is that some people want a quick, easy way to get into shape and to be healthy and they are not willing to put any SWEAT into it. IT WON'T HAPPEN unless you work to MAKE IT HAPPEN!


I cannot even begin to tell you how many people come to see me for one-on-one nutrition counseling who ask me for a trick, if you will, to lose weight, keep it off, and to be healthy.


They are often surprised that I will not endorse a "pill" for weight loss or a "one-size fits all" diet for weight loss or for health. I JUST WON'T DO IT.  There are certain things that you absolutely MUST do to get the results you are after but it most certainly will be slightly to very different to what someone else must do. Your body, your genetic makeup, your health, and your life, is like no other. If you want results, you must first take inventory of yourself and then, create a plan that you can continue to tweak and work into your life which includes your likes, dislikes, health, body type, emotional state, mental state, and everything else that makes you unique. 


You can either agree with me or not, but when it comes to weight loss and good health, the only method that I've actually seen work is individual EFFORT coupled with a true desire to be the best version of yourself.


No quick fixes here, just SWEAT, EFFORT, AND THE INEVITABLE, RESULTS!
